Ensign Students! Imagine this: It's 1958 and a rock singer travels to a small Ohio town to make his "farewell" television performance and kiss his biggest fan before he is drafted into the military - Conrad Birdie, arguably the biggest rock and roll superstar in the world, has just been drafted, which brings his legion of teen-aged female fans marching in the streets in protest. This is the story of this year's musical production, entitled Bye Bye Birdie! If you are interested in participating, there is a mandatory information meeting in the Music room on Wednesday, September 11 at 12:45 p.m.  If you have questions, please see Mrs. Grenier in the Music room or Mrs. Johnson in room 32.

Ahoy Students! Are you interested in becoming an Ensign Sailor?  Ensign has a really fun Sailing Club that will be starting up next week. We welcome all ability levels, from beginning to advanced!  Come to a short but mandatory meeting in room 32, Mrs. Johnson's room, on Tuesday, September 10 at 2:45 to find out all about Ensign's Sailing Club and to get the necessary permission slip and forms. Captains Miller, Anderson, Tolles, and Johnson look forward to sailing with you!

Do you like to camp, Skin Dive, Learn all about fish and marine life, kayak, hike the island? If so, don’t forget to sign up w/ Capt. Fuschetti and the Marine Studies Club on Wednesday Club Fair Day Sept. 18.

Ensign is still accepting applications for the Ensign Citizen Emergency Response Team (CERT) until September 13. Applications and more information are available on the Ensign homepage.
