June 11-15, 2018

  • Spirit Week: Our last Spirit Week of the year is this week. Today is Character Day. Tuesday is Teacher/Student Swap Day. Wednesday is Twin Day. Thursday is Hawaiian Day. Friday is Stripe Day. Make sure to dress up each day. The final counts will occur on Thursday. The winning seventh and eighth-grade classes will get ice cream on Friday.
  • Summer Carnival: Our summer carnival is this Friday during SSR. Remember, you need three MVA forms to attend the carnival. Get ready for our last celebration of the year.
  • Seventh-grade students, please take the survey that was sent out to you via school loop to help us improve our events with ASB and Renaissance next year.
  • Textbooks: textbooks are due this week. Today Foreign Language textbooks are due. Wednesday science textbooks are due, and Friday history textbooks are due. Make sure you bring yours in!
  • Promotion Ceremony: Remember eighth-grade students, you must be at the Ensign gym by 10:30 on Wednesday for the promotion ceremony. Girls, you cannot wear high heels for the ceremony. If you wear stiletto high heels, your parents will be required to come and bring you a pair of flats or flip-flops. And if you parents purchased a lei, you will pick it up at Harbor from Ms. Fryer.
  • It's the last FCA meeting of the year, so you don't want to miss our grand finale'!!   8th grade meets in Ms. Rush's room and 7th grade meets in Mr. Blackie's room.  Everyone is welcome for games, new friends, food, and inspiration!   Tuesday at lunch, see ya there!!
  • Awesome 7th Graders!  Congratulations to new connectors for the 18-19 school year!  Seabees Connect is proud of these leaders, mentors, and role-models.  Thank you for your applications.  Students who were selected will be notified this Wednesday and invited to attend a special "play day" next week to introduce you to the program!  If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Arrow in room 54.    
  • Nature Academy has its last meeting today in Room 39. Join us in the mento-soda fun and party!
  • Relay for Life is still recruiting for the July 28 Coastal Communities Relay. Join us Thursday during second lunch in Room 39. Students have already brought in contribution raised. Help fight cancer!
