Welcome to Ensign, where our goal is “Every student, Every day, Engaged in learning.” This statement reflects our commitment to you and our students to provide an effective learning environment for everyone. Please encourage your child to actively participate in the variety of educational and social opportunities at Ensign Intermediate School. We offer a strong academic program, an outstanding athletic program, and an extensive extra-curricular program. The entire Ensign staff and I are looking forward to a productive and meaningful school year.
We at Ensign Intermediate School recognize the value and importance of communicating with parents of secondary students. If you have questions or concerns regarding your children, please don’t hesitate to call. The following list serves as a general guideline for contacting the appropriate person:
If you have questions or concerns regarding a particular class, the initial point of contact is the classroom teacher. Since we do not disturb instruction during class, please call (949) 515-6910 and leave a message for the teacher to return your call. In addition to including a phone number in your message, it is useful to include likely times that you may be reached.
The easiest way to reach teachers is by email. If you would like the email address for a particular teacher, please inquire at (949) 515-6910 or go to the Ensign Intermediate School link at ensign.schoolloop.com.
If you have questions or concerns related to Curriculum and Instruction, please contact Mr. Bob Nanney, Assistant Principal. He can be reached at:
firstname.lastname@example.org or (949) 515-3358.
If you have questions or concerns related to Student Services and Support, please contact Dr. Mary Jo Vecchiarelli, Assistant Principal. She may be reached at: email@example.com or (949) 515-3350.
As the principal, I am honored to be the leader of Ensign Intermediate School. I will work hard to do my best to serve the needs of our students, staff and parents so that Every student, Every day, is Engaged in learning.
Gloria Duncan, Ed.D.
